How we can help you

Every service we offer is built around one idea:
Keep it simple. For you and for the people you love.

Estate Planning

Estate planning is more than a Will. It covers your home, your savings, your care, your family. We help you make informed decisions across all of it, in the simplest way that fits your situation.

Will Writing

Without a Will, the law decides what happens to everything you own. With one, you do. We help you put yours on paper, clearly, legally, and in plain English.

Will Trusts

A trust is a legal structure that holds assets with specific rules about how they are used. You may not need one. Most people don’t. We help you find out, and only set one up if it’s the right answer for you.

Lasting Power of Attorney

A Lasting Power of Attorney lets you decide who handles your money or health choices if you ever can’t. We help you set it up and register it properly, while you still can.

Frequently
Asked
Questions

Am I too young to need a Will?

It’s actually the opposite. The moment you have children, a mortgage, or anything you would want a specific person to inherit, a Will protects them. Without one, the law decides what happens, and the law doesn’t know your family.

They don’t need to be. Most people are surprised at how affordable and straightforward it is when you are working with someone who explains things in plain English. The first meeting is free with no-obligation. We give you a clear breakdown of costs upfront. No hidden fees.

Most Wills become outdated within five years. A new child, a new home, a marriage, a divorce, an inheritance you weren’t expecting. Any of these can mean your old Will no longer protects the people you want it to.

A Will says who gets what. A trust controls how and when they get it. A trust isn’t always the answer, despite popular misconceptions. We will talk you through whether a trust is right for you in your free consultation.

A Will protects your family after you have gone. A Lasting Power of Attorney protects them while you are still here, if you ever lose the ability to make decisions for yourself. Most people need both, and setting one up now is far easier than letting the courts decide later.

A friendly, no-obligation chat, either in person, over the phone, or by video call. You tell us about your situation. We listen. You ask whatever you want to ask. We give you a clear picture of your options and what each one costs. That’s it. No pressure.
